1. Role Purpose
Support the execution of G2 marketing strategies/activations across G2 markets (HK, TH, MY, KH, SG, TW) ensuring timely delivery of brand assets management, strong alignment with brand guidelines, and effective coordination with external distributors.
2. Key Responsibilities
1) Content & Asset Management
- Manage brand assets and marketing materials (KV, OLV, HCP materials) ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Download brand assets to distributors for G2 market needs
- Maintain organized asset SharePoint for easy access
2) Communication material for approvals
- Support promotional materials review process
- Track campaign activations and KPIs
3) AW revision and update
- Revise packaging artwork for the rollout of updated regulatory contents
- Update AW based on the up-to-date brand master AW
4) Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with G2 market distributors and internal regulatory, medical, supply, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support alignment across brand team for consistent brand messaging and request up to date brand assets
5) Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage timelines, documentation, and approval processes
- Support for the sample request and follow up key action items from QBR
