1. Chain Listing & Key Account Management
• Lead Key account Manager as a subordinate and drive product listing negotiations with all big pharmacy chains:
o Long Châu Pharmacy
o Pharmacity
o An Khang Pharmacy
o Trung Son Pharma
• Develop strong relationships with Head Office buyers and category managers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, trade margins, listing fees, promotional agreements, and annual contracts.
• Ensure timely product onboarding and expansion across chain outlets nationwide.
• Monitor stock availability, sell-out data, and replenishment planning.
• Secure visibility programs, in-store promotions, and display agreements.
2. Sales & Marketing Achievement
• Achieve regional sales targets (value and volume).
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across chains and IDPs.
• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
• Ensure optimal territory coverage and call planning inline to SFE management.
• Organize and monitor all marketing activities according to action plan & strategy designed by marketing team.
3. Team Leadership & Field Execution
• Manage 3 Teams of North, South and Mekong lead by ASM
• Coach and manage a team internally and supports for better performance.
• Conduct field visits and business reviews.
• Develop succession planning and talent development within the team.
• Drive high-performance culture and accountability.
• Ensure proper execution of trade promotions and track KPIs including coverage, productivity, and call quality.
4. Independent Pharmacy (IDP) & Small Chain Development
• Expand business through independent pharmacies (IDPs) and local pharmacy chains across Vietnam.
• Strengthen distributor collaboration to ensure coverage and stock availability.
• Execute chain-specific, IDPs promotional campaigns and drive the team for effective campaign execution in across Vietnam.
• Supports product launches, promotions and in chain marketing activities in coordination with the marketing/medical affairs.
5. Business Planning & Market Analysis
• Analyze chain performance (sell-in, sell-out, ROI).
• Monitor competitor listing status, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and business reviews.
• Identify new growth opportunities in ED, Gastro, Pain, and ARV segments.
6. Compliance & Governance
• Ensure all activities follow company SOPs and Vietnam MOH regulations.
• Maintain OTX promotion standards in the OTC market.
• Report to Country Manager (direct) and Business Unit Head (dotted).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, Marketing.
• Strong experience in pharmacy chain listing and negotiation is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• At least 2- 3 years in National/regional sales management role.
• Experience in ED, Gastro, Pain Management, or ARV portfolios preferred.
• Leadership and team development skills

• Fluent Vietnamese; English preferred
