The Regional Security Assistant Manager supports the Regional Security Manager in overseeing security, safety, and loss prevention operations within the assigned region. The role directly manages Security Supervisors/ Team Leaders, ensuring policies and procedures are effectively implemented at store level, while conducting training, compliance, and incident response to minimize risks and safeguard people, assets, and brand reputation of the Company.
Security Operations & Oversight (45%)
- Supervise day-to-day security operations across multiple stores in the assigned region through Security Supervisors/Team Leaders.
- Organize regional meetings with Supervisors/Team Leaders and store operations teams to review security performance, address operational issues, and recommend improvements in security practices and equipment.
- Monitor security performance and compliance across the region, including audits via cameras and on-site visits.
- Support Supervisors/Team Leaders in investigations for incidents such as theft, fraud, or property damage.
- Assist Supervisors/Team Leaders in coordinating with local authorities (police, fire, or other agencies) on security-related issues.
Incident & Safety Management (25%)
- Support handling of security incidents or crises at store level.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, including fire prevention and evacuation drills.
- Propose preventive measures and assist the Regional Security Manager with escalations.
Team Development (20%)
- Direct and train Security Supervisors/Team Leaders to ensure they understand security policies, loss prevention, emergency procedures, and customer service standards.
- Support Supervisors/Team Leaders in delivering training to security guards to improve skills, knowledge, and adherence to security standards.
- Additional tasks assigned by the Regional Security Manager (10%)
