Regional Supply Chain Analyst (English & Chinese)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Regional Supply Chain Analyst (English & Chinese, $1900, ID20036)

• Conduct sourcing activities with both existing and potential suppliers based on business requirements and inquiries.
• Maintain and update supplier master data, ensuring accuracy and timely tracking of supply chain progress.
• Prepare and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), including developing evaluation criteria, supplier scorecards, and following up on improvement actions.
• Coordinate end-to-end flow of goods and services from origin to destination, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and optimization of logistics and transportation processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, lead negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure cost efficiency and supply reliability.

• Male/Female, under 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the packaging industry, particularly with exposure to UV-related products/processes.
• Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing environments, with strong capabilities in inventory management, procurement, logistics, demand forecasting, and contract management.
• Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in ERP systems.
