Job Summary:     Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for product proclamation on time in full before goods' arrival, controlling the product compliance with local regulations, expertise in regulatory advisory to commercial teams/ customers/ suppliers, updating the new legal documents regularly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To communicate with suppliers, sales to collect documents and prepare proclamation dossiers for new non-food products (soda, fertilizer, solvent, lubricant…) as well as renewals to submit to Vietnam competent authorities on time in full before goods' arrival or to commercial partners.
2. Coordinate with other relevant departments to collect necessary documents to register the following certificates/ licenses: Chemical licenses, pharmaceutical licenses.
3. Prepare and compile complete dossiers and directly participate in inspections or licensing assessments conducted by the competent authorities. Consolidate, monitor, and implement corrective action reports (if any).
4. Be responsible for consolidating data from other relevant departments to upload annual chemical reports on the specialized chemical database system in compliance with legal requirements.
5. Maintain current knowledge and study about local and international regulation/ guidance/ standards applicable to company products in compliance with Vietnam laws.
6. To give advice on regulatory expertise to sales or other functions within the organization, customers or suppliers.
7. Support in providing updates on regulatory topics of interest regularly.
8. Manage Vietnamese sub-labels of imported goods and labels of local blending products to ensure the compliance.
9. Build the relationship with relevant local agencies.
10. Solve the problems relating to regulatory.
11. Other duties related to regulatory as assigned by RA Manager.

Education        :   Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage

Experience      :    At least 3 year experiences in related field
