Reliability Lab Manager (Electronics)

Manage laboratory personnel, oversee daily operations, and establish the laboratory system and procedures.

Ensure testing quality and strict compliance with internal documentation requirements and customer standards.

Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure proper operation and accuracy.

Ensure the laboratory operates efficiently and consistently to effectively support production activities.

Male, under 40 years old.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an engineering or technical discipline.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role or as a Lab Supervisor/Manager within an electronics manufacturing company.

Good English communication skills for daily work and coordination.

Mandatory experience in Reliability Laboratory operations.

Hands-on experience with laboratory testing equipment used in electronic circuit board manufacturing, such as FIB, SEM/EDX, FT-IR, 4-Wire Resistance Equipment, TDR, Peeling Force, ORT, etc.

Strong understanding of and compliance with international testing standards, particularly IPC-TM-650
