Job Description

Manage all activities of R&M department, including Production equipment, Utilities system, building Infrastructure in good condition and well maintained.
Project management: Feasibility appraisal, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing projects within timeline, budget and quality committed.
Set up and control KPI of R&M department.
Manage and control spare part storage to minimize equipment’s downtime by lacking replacement part.
Set up, implement, supervise cost saving project of factory.
Set up, control Capex, Opex, and take responsibility for optimizing cost.
Work with supplier/ contractor to meet works as Quality, Timeline and Cost commitment.
Lead trial all New Product Development from received formular to mass production.
Study, improve processes or optimize space to increase productivity and optimize cost.
Team Management, including Motivation, Rewards, Coaching and Discipline if necessary.
Other tasks as required by the Operations Director.

BA's Degree - Engineer in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical/ Automation, at least 5 years in Manager level.
Min 5 years of experience, having experience in coffee production, FMCG in multinational company is preferred.
Deep Knowledge in M&E, HVAC, Warehouse, Racking, Firefighting, Automation, IOT. Proficiency use Autocad, Solidworks, MS, Project, Power BI.
English proficiency.
Excellent in Problem Solving, Time Management, Change Management, Project Management, Team Management.
Good in System Thinking, Growth Mindset, Ownership.
Can work well under High Pressure.
