Reporting Specialist (HighJump UTA Tester) / Chuyên viên báo cáo

- Ashton Furniture Consolidation is looking for a Reporting Specialist (HighJump UTA Tester) to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting our warehouse operations and ensuring the accuracy and stability of our HighJump/AS400 systems.

* Key Responsibilities

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HighJump/AS400 modules.
• Test core warehouse workflows: receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, cycle count, and inventory.
• Validate accurate data syncing between HighJump and AS400/ERP systems.
• Identify system issues and follow up with IT until resolved.
• Prepare test cases, document test results, and develop UAT reports.
• Support user training and system go-live activities.

•  Experience with WMS or related ERP systems (preferred).
• Basic SQL skills for data checking (preferred).
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively with both IT teams and warehouse users.
• Good English communication skills.
