Research & Analysis Intern (3-6 months)

As an apprentice, your primary mission is to learn by doing. The responsibilities below are structured to progressively build your data, research, and analytical capabilities. You’ll be guided by senior team members while being expected to take initiative, ask good questions, and deliver clean, reliable work. The right candidate embraces a mindset of “ready to learn – ready to do – ready to redo & relearn” and sees every task as a training ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from public sources, trade databases, company reports, and internal documents.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, competitors, and policy changes.
• Prepare short market intelligence briefs, summary reports, charts, and presentation materials.
• Support basic business and financial analysis for new opportunities or strategic projects.
• Assist the R&A Manager and senior team members in research, feasibility studies, and project development.
• Work with other departments to gather information and understand business issues from different perspectives.
• Participate in field trips or business visits when required.

We’re looking for more than just a degree. This apprenticeship is designed for someone with genuine curiosity about data and markets — someone who can work with numbers, spot patterns, and communicate findings clearly, even if they are just starting their career.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Economics, Finance, Business, International Business, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in business, markets, finance, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
• Good analytical skills and willingness to work with numbers, reports, and datasets.
• Basic exposure to at least one data or analytical tool is preferred, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, Stata, or similar tools. Experience from university projects, group assignments, coursework, internships, or self-learning is acceptable.
• Basic awareness of AI-assisted working methods, including the concept of vibe coding, is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proactive, resilient, open to feedback, and willing to learn.
