Research Supervisor

1. Team Management and Development

• Organize and monitor the daily operations of the Research Division.
• Prepare research reports and review/edit reports prepared by analysts in Vietnamese and English before delivery to the Research Manager, the company’s clients, and other recipients.

2. Market Commentary and Research

• Compile trading data, provide market commentary, and analyze domestic/international news, sectors, stocks, and special topics through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor assigned sectors and prepare industry/company reports, company visit/meeting notes, and other research updates.

3. Macroeconomic and Market Strategy

• Collect and analyze data for macroeconomic updates and forecasts, stock market forecasts, and investment strategy reports.
• Prepare annual forecasts of market indices and trading value to support business planning.

4. Internal Research

• Prepare company snapshots for Dealing and the Risk Management Committee to support investment and margin lending decisions.
• Conduct quarterly credit ratings for listed companies and prepare special reports as required.

5. Media and Training

• Represent the company in media interviews and write newspaper articles; participate in company seminars as a speaker or support content preparation when required.
• Participate in training programs for new brokers and internal training activities, including content preparation, as required.

6. Other Duties

• Support other divisions/departments with data updates and analysis.
• Proactively learn and apply AI tools in research work to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Perform other tasks as specifically assigned by the Head of Research.

• University degree in Finance - Banking, or Economics.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in a relevant position, with good knowledge of the Vietnamese stock market.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write reports in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient in using AI tools, including generative AI, analytics assistants, and automation tools, to support research, data processing, and report writing; proactive in exploring new technologies and AI tools to improve productivity and analysis quality.
• Proficient in office software and data processing/visualization tools, with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Python, SQL, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Management skill.
