Restaurant Marketing Executive (Yakuzen Restaurant - Rohto Mentholatum Vietnam)

Objective: A restaurant marketer who is responsible for effectively promoting her eatery in order to generate sales

Tasks

• Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the CEO, restaurant management and staff
• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and related departments to implement marketing strategies, PR strategies, brand promotion plans for the restaurant
• Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively with corporate support team
• Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with restaurant
• Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs
• Always update and keep up with emerging technologies and trends in social media, design tools and apps
• Other tasks by Line Manager

• Fluent in English
• Emphasis is placed on work experience in the food and beverage industry
• Industry experience in managing/ marketing fast casual restaurant concepts is a big plus
• Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be creative and innovative with marketing approaches
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Skilled at analyzing data
• Knowledge of online technology and implementation with particular interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki’s, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter, Instagram, and Wordpress etc.
• Management of a professional blog for an organization and/or business
• Superior knowledge of Social Media landscape, networks, toolsets
