Retail Operations Support Specialist

• Product and Display Management:

  • Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on product and display issues reported by stores and regional teams to improve product presentation and customer experience.

• Problem Solving & Communication:

  • Analyze reported issues and collaborate with relevant departments to identify solutions and ensure they are effectively implemented across stores.

• Regular Tracking & Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor and track the product displays across retail locations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and common needs are identified for further improvement.

• Standards Development & Communication:

  • Develop clear and actionable operational standards, translating them into simple language and communicating effectively to both store teams and cross-functional teams (XFN).

• Implementation of Improvement Standards:

  • Design and implement targeted process improvements to enhance product display and retail operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

1. Education:

   • Bachelor's degree in any related field.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum of 2 year of experience in the Retail Industry, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer-facing roles.

3. Analytical Skills:

   • Experience in Data Analysis or Cost Analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.

4. Language Skills:

   • Proficiency in English for effective communication in a multi-lingual work environment.
   • Mandarin proficiency is a plus, especially for cross-regional coordination.

5. Willingness to Travel:

   • Must be open to frequent business trips to support stores and oversee the implementation of operational standards across different regions.
