ROUTE TO MARKET STRATEGY EXECUTIVE

1. In TT Channel
• Support in creating effective sales routes and evaluating the quality of those routes and staff compliance.
• Implement the company's and the marketing department's strategy in the market, and monitor its effectiveness.
• Manage distributor model, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports on RTM performance, distributor compliance, and route efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of policies related to distributors (NPP), customers, Sale team

2. In MT Channel
• Tracking product listings and product coverage to ensure products are not out of stock.
• Monitor in-store displays.
• Tracking and optimizing service costs for supermarket systems.

3. Other
• Conduct data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of RTM initiatives.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct monthly field visits to rural areas to validate execution and gather market insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in roles related to Sales Operations, RTM (Route to Market), Trade Marketing, or Distribution Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Good understanding of distribution models, Traditional Trade (TT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels, as well as distributor operations.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to generate insights from data.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Willingness to conduct regular field visits and work flexibly when required
