Safety Engineer

General: To be in charge of Safety, Health, Environment (S.H.E) co-ordination

• Maintain & continuous improvement of S.H.E system.
• Coordinate with managers and supervisors on their S.H.E responsibilities, hazard.
• Inspect the workplace regularly.
• Investigate causes of accidents/incidents and recommend actions to prevent risk of occurrence.
• Train & oversee the subcontractor to be conformity with S.H.E system of Sonion Vietnam.
• Conduct awareness training course of S.H.E for newcomers, refreshment training of that for all employees regularly.
• Work with external agencies to implement the issues related to S.H.E.
• Other requirements where required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience or more in occupational safety/SHE
• Candidates with experience in a factory, industrial, or construction environment are preferred.
• Good at writing, reading & speaking of English.
