- Ensure that safety standards and housekeeping are met at all times.
- Maintain and update regulatory documents and records.
- Manage the development of the certifications from third parties in relation of WSH, such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Perform regular SHE audits and inspections.
- Represent the Company to outside agencies, media and auditors on SHE related matters.
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations.
- Manpower planning to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical advice/support to Tank Survey and Operations Admin Support department.
- Work closely with Depot Manager to identify operational efficiencies and continuous improvements.
- Ensure all team leaders had assigned their jobs in the most effective order according to the client’s demands.
- Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management, including compiling, storing, and retrieving operations data for reports.
- Arrange all the spare parts and materials to be purchased after approval from the customers and ensure the parts and material arrive on time.
- Product quality management and ensure that major quality issues are promptly addressed.
- Manage all staff standards in terms of absence, lateness, sickness and disciplinary.
- Any other duties as required by Line Manager
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory/ managerial experience or;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in container/ tank industry preferred
- Knowledge on tank container industry and technical information.
- Adequate knowledge on Microsoft Office and business applications.
- Speak and write fluently in English.
