Safety Staff (Senior or Assistant Manager)

1. Carrying out safety management in the factory.

2. Managing compliance with Vietnamese law on safety.

3. Conduct training and guidance for employees.

4. Conducts/assists in audits, accident investigations, and trend analysis.

5. Conduct safety activities (for equipment: registration, inspection).

6. Make Internal/External reports as requirements.

1. Educational background: University graduation.

2. Experiences:

- At least 3 years of working experience in electronics and semiconductor companies.

- Management of radiation safety equipment (X-ray, XRF...)

- Risk management and assessment.

- Machinery and Equipment (MAE) safety management.

- Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary and perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

- Participate in detailed accident investigation and analysis reason.

- Prepare for audit from external parties.

- Construction safety management, equipment management such as forklifts, cranes, working at height...

- Having experience in fire protection system operation and management is also an advantage.

3. Skills:

- English or Korean is required.

- Computer literacy (Office)
