Sales Admin Executive

PART I: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist customers at the showroom.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to generate quotations based on customer requirements.
• Create sales orders in the SAP system or the company's order management system.
• Liaise with the warehouse for goods preparation before delivery
• Book delivery services and monitor the delivery process.
• Work with customers for payment and track the payment process.
• Monitor and update information about customers and competitors in the data system.
• Monitor and update information about products and sale tools and selling prices in the data system.
• Role plays as a customer to collect information about the needs and desires from the market
• Manage and maintain product samples and sample books of the company.
• Create reports on sales activities and market survey.

PART II: KPI MEASUREMENT

• Ensure precise pricing information in provided quotations for customers.
• Track efficiency in processing customer orders promptly.
• Monitor successful on-time delivery of orders.
• Measure customer satisfaction with sales process.
• Assess total revenue generated through sales efforts.
• Monitor leads progression through pipeline.
• Track percentage of returning customers
• Ensure precision of maintained customer data
• Analyze competitor information effectively
• Measure success in addition sales

• Tiếp nhận và hỗ trợ khách hàng tại Showroom.
• Lập báo giá dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Tạo đơn hàng trong hệ thống SAP/ hệ thống quản lý đặt hàng
• Kết hợp với bộ phận Kho để chuẩn bị hàng hóa trước khi giao.
• Đặt dịch vụ vận chuyển và theo dõi quá trình giao hàng.
• Làm việc với khách hàng về thanh toán và theo dõi công nợ.
• Theo dõi và cập nhật thông tin của khách hàng và đối thủ trong hệ thống dữ liệu.
• Theo dõi và cập nhật thông tin sản phẩm, công cụ bán hàng và giá bán
• Đóng vai trò là khách hàng để thu thập các nhu cầu của khách hàng.
• Quản lý và duy trì mẫu sản phẩm của công ty.
• Thực hiện các báo cáo về hoạt động bán hàng và khảo sát thị trường.

PHẦN II: ĐO LƯỜNG CHỈ SỐ KPI

• Đảm bảo thông tin giá cả chính xác trong các báo giá cung cấp cho khách hàng.
• Xử lý đơn hàng của khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng.
• Theo dõi việc giao hàng thành công đúng thời hạn.
• Đo lường sự hài lòng của khách hàng với quy trình bán hàng.
• Đo lường tổng doanh thu được tạo ra thông qua các nỗ lực bán hàng.
• Theo dõi tiến trình các khách hàng tiềm năng.
• Theo dõi số liệu khách hàng quay lại.
• Đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu khách hàng được duy trì.
• Phân tích thông tin về đối thủ cạnh tranh một cách hiệu quả.
• Đánh giá thành công trong việc tăng doanh số bán hàng và giá trị bổ sung cho khách hàng.

Education: Graduated from university with a major in economics, business administration, or related fields..

Experience: At least 1 year at the same position

Qualities:

- Love the furniture industry and furniture materials

- Honest, quick, enthusiastic.

- Have a high sense of responsibility

- Understand and always comply with the professional ethics code.

Management skills:

- Good negotiation skills

- Problem solving and decision making

- Ensure that the budget is not exceeded

Other factors:

- Have good communication skills in English.

- Management skill, reporting skill, good at Microsoft Excel/ Work

- Good presentation and communication skills.
