Lead and manage the overall Sales Administration operations for the Audio category to ensure:
- Effective operational support for the Sales team
- Accurate business data management and reporting
- Close monitoring and optimization of sell-in, sell-out, and promotion performance
- Smooth cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Accounting, and Distributors
I. Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration Operations Management (35%)
- Lead and manage the Sales Admin team, including daily task allocation and performance follow-up
- Monitor and control the processing of POs, contracts, pricing, claims, rebates, and receivables
- Ensure service level agreements (SLA) are maintained for Sales teams and customers
- Standardize and continuously improve internal operational processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
Business Reporting & Analysis (30%)
- Develop and manage reporting systems for Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory, Forecast, and Promotion Performance
- Track sales KPIs by channel, product model, customer, and Sales team
- Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data
Sales Support & Promotion Execution (20%)
- Monitor promotion program execution and support incentive/rebate calculations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and promotional programs
- Support Sales and Brand teams in forecasting and business planning
- Monitor stock aging, allocation, and product availability
Systems Management & Process Improvement (15%)
- Propose automation initiatives and reporting optimization solutions
- Standardize operational templates and management dashboards
- Improve efficiency in the use of ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools
- Train team members on operational processes and reporting standards
