Job description:
- Report your daily work via Whatsapp, Zalo, or Email
- Receive and process purchase orders or requests from customers.
- Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Provide product information to customers quickly and accurately (price, samples, designs, specifications, technical drawings, product announcements, sales contracts, delivery plans, debits, etc.).
- Direct feedbacks from customers to relevant departments.
- Arranging deliveries to customers by well cordinate with relevante partners (internal/external)
- Record arising problems related to the purchasing and selling of goods and report to management levels to provide timely solutions to customers (product defects, broken products, product compensation, etc….)
- Conduct customer surveys on product and service quality and record customer feedback to submit to BOD to improve products and services.
- Update customers’ purchase and sales data according to the company system fully and exactly.
- Contact customers by phone or email to answer their queries and obtain the missing information.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Compile the weekly, monthly, and yearly Sales reports and Sales revenues.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, fairs, etc… as required.
- Perform other tasks or reports as assigned by management levels.
