This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located at HCMC, Vietnam.
Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves assisting students with inquiries, recommending suitable accommodation and ensuring a smooth booking process. Strong communication skills and knowledge of the student housing market are essential. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our business by assisting students and building relationships. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into bookings, achieve leasing goals and establish yourself as a regional expert.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inquiries from a pre-qualified customer database, providing prompt and informative responses to convert leads into bookings
• Able to research and recommend suitable accommodation options based on student preferences, budget, and requirements
• Take lead in the region you are responsible for and become a region expert
• Guide students through the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience
• Deliver exceptional after-sales support, addressing any concerns and maintaining strong client relationships
• Stay updated with market trends, collaborate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Job requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline
• Strong work ethic, a team player
• High adaptability, able to pivot quickly from strategic planning to immediate action responses
• Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of challenges
• Study abroad experience is preferred

• Basic salary from 11 million VND + Sales bonus (2-month probation period with 100% of fixed salary)
Your total monthly income can go as high as $5,000 in peak season
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 or 9:00 - 18:00, Monday – Friday
