Job Description

Coordinate customer orders from order receipt through production, shipment, and delivery to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Process and maintain sales orders, forecasts, and customer information accurately in the ERP system.
Act as the primary contact point for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and related inquiries.
Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues related to production, inventory, shipment, or delivery.
Support customer relationship management by handling inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service activities.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between customers and internal departments.
Assist in identifying and developing potential business opportunities and new customer accounts.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP systems and order processing activities.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluently in written and spoken English.
Experience supporting international customers is an advantage.
