1. Reporting & Automation

  • Build and maintain automated sales performance dashboards (Power BI/Excel) covering order volume, delivery timeliness, revenue, and forecast accuracy, reducing manual reporting efforts for the Commercial Team.

  • Develop weekly and monthly KPI reports by consolidating data from SAP, CRM, and logistics systems into a single source of truth.

  • Automate repetitive reporting activities currently handled by the S&OP team, including shipment status summaries and AR tracking/reconciliation, allowing the team to focus on order coordination.

  • Create real-time order tracking dashboards linked to production schedules and customer delivery commitments.

  • Establish automated alerts and triggers for orders, sales performance, and selling prices to support weekly audits and ensure accurate, complete data entry.

2. Sales Team & Customer Support

  • Analyze historical order data and seasonal trends to develop and continuously improve sales forecasting models.

  • Support the Commercial Team’s planning cycle and safety stock modeling across the OBL business.

  • Monitor forecast-versus-actual variances, provide early risk warnings to management, and conduct root-cause analysis.

  • Provide data inputs and scenario modeling for capacity planning discussions between the Commercial Team and Supply Chain/Production functions.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

  • Research and synthesize market trends, competitor activities, and customer segment performance to support strategic planning.

  • Monitor pricing trends, demand signals, and regulatory developments in key export markets, particularly within the coconut and FMCG sectors.

  • Prepare market intelligence reports and data-driven recommendations for leadership presentations and strategic decision-making.

  • Identify growth opportunities and risk patterns through analysis of customer purchasing behavior, market penetration, and regional order frequency.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain data quality and consistency across SAP, CRM, and Excel-based systems while establishing data governance standards for the S&OP team.

  • Collaborate with IT, Systems, and Power BI teams to enhance reporting capabilities and integrate additional data sources.

  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to reconcile revenue, P&L, and business performance data.

5. Data Modeling & What-If Analysis

  • Design, build, and standardize end-to-end data pipelines using Power Query and develop Star Schema data models (Fact and Dimension tables).

  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from management for presentations, customer negotiations, and executive meetings.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on specific markets, product categories, or customer accounts to support strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare data packages and visual summaries for leadership reporting and cross-functional business reviews.

6. Distributor Performance Management

  • Monitor distributor sales performance, market coverage, and execution KPIs.

  • Analyze distributor sales data to identify growth opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Develop distributor scorecards and support monthly business review processes.

  • Track sales targets, inventory levels, stock aging, and sell-out performance.

  • Deliver data-driven insights to identify underperforming distributors and support corrective action planning by the Commercial Team.

Job Requirement

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or sales operations analytics. Good understanding in FMCG, export, or trading companies is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic dashboards)
