Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 7–10+ years experience in media, digital, advertising, publishers, AdTech/MarTech, or related industries.
- Proven track record in leading P&L, expanding business operations, and growing revenue.
- Experience managing Sales and Account teams of 10–30+ members.
- Strong understanding of DSP platforms, ad serving technologies, digital media planning, and cross-channel activation.
- Experience working with global agencies, enterprise clients, or high-value accounts is a major advantage.
