Strategy & Market Planning: Design long-term and short-term business strategies for target markets (USA, EU, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, etc.)
Export Management: Directly negotiate strategic contracts with global importers and major retail chains (Costco, Walmart, Aldi, etc.)
Supply-Demand Coordination: Align production across subsidiaries and factories based on capacity and international certifications (ASC, BAP, GlobalGAP)
Financial Management: Take ultimate responsibility for P&L (Revenue, Gross Profit, Cash Flow); manage marketing budgets and control international/domestic accounts receivable
R&D & Marketing: Analyze consumer insights to develop Value-Added Products (VAP) and implement "Zero Waste" strategies
Team Leadership: Establish KPIs, commission/bonus structures, and mentor a successor team with deep seafood industry expertise
Job Requirement
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the food/seafood industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management role at large corporations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Expertise: Deep understanding of trade agreements (EVFTA, CPTPP), FDA regulations, Anti-dumping laws (DOC), and sustainability certifications (ASC, BAP, MSC, GlobalGAP)
Skills: Fluent English (direct negotiation); proficiency in data analysis, commodity risk management, and forex/logistics risk mitigation
Attributes: Strategic mindset aligned with ESG trends, cross-cultural adaptability (US, Japan, Korea, EU), and high pressure tolerance
