Job Description

1. Overall Responsibility

- Sales implementation on Building Automation, which includes HVAC Automatic Control Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS), EMS and Energy Saving Solutions

- Occasionally participate in marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, events, and internal training sessions.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical proposals, quotations, and pre-sales documentation to customers.

- Follow up with customers and close deals through negotiation and revenue reporting.

- Coordinate closely with internal departments including engineering, documentation, and pre-sales teams.

- Strong communication skill.

- Frequently travel to customer sites in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang.

- Strong sense of sales and customer satisfaction.

3. Reporting Line

- Reports to: Sales Manager / General Manager

4. Consultation

- Consults with:

+ Sales Manager

+ Pre-sales and Documentation Team

+ Engineering Department

Job Requirement

5. Requirements

- Gender: Male/Female

- Age: Under 30 years old

- Having existing relationships with M&E customers is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- 1–3 years of experience in automation engineering or sales; experience in Japanese working culture is a plus

- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome

- Willing to travel frequently (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang)

- Good English communication skills

- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

- Good analytical, time management, and organizational skills
