Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in R&D and engineering services, especially in hardware design, embedded software, testing, and product industrialization in Vietnam.
- Actively promote Cicor Vietnam’s engineering competencies to existing and potential customers in Asia and Europe.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and project offers in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Support contract negotiation and ensure successful project handover to execution teams.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers, R&D partners, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and project scopes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and professional service.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, Testing, and Manufacturing teams to align customer requirements with internal capabilities.
- Collaborate with Global Sales and Key Account Managers in Europe and Asia for joint opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and marketing initiatives for Cicor Vietnam’s engineering business in Vietnam.
