      Job Description

      • Phối hợp chặt chẽ và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng/ Work closely and build relationships with customers/
      • Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng và cập nhật dữ liệu trên hệ thống CRM/ Search for potential customers and update data on the CRM system.
      • Chủ động liên hệ với khách hàng để giải đáp các thắc mắc kỹ thuật trước và sau bán hàng/ Proactively engaging with customers on pre-sales and post-sales technical enquirie
      • Chuẩn bị báo giá cho các yêu cầu hàng ngày và hồ sơ dự án/ Prepares quotations for day-to-day enquiries and project submissions
      • Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật thông qua các gặp mặt trực tiếp, xử lý lại nhà máy/công trình, điện thoại và email / Provides technical support via site visits, telephone and emails.
      • Tổ chức đào tạo sản phẩm cho khách hàng/ Conducts product training for customers.
      • Phát triển chiến lược bán hàng chủ động/ Develops initiative sales strategy.
      • Duy trì và cập nhật thông tin, xu hướng thị trường/ Maintain and update market information and trends.
      • Đi công tác khu vực khi cần thiết/ Regional travels where necessary.
      • Hỗ trợ tổ chức và thực hiện các sự kiện marketing như hội thảo và triển lãm/ Assist in organizing and executing promotional events such as seminars and exhibitions.
      • Phối hợp và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ dự án nội bộ theo yêu cầu đột xuất/ Coordination and execution of internal project tasks on ad-hoc basis.
      • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu./ Other duties as requested from time to time.

      Job Requirement

      • Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan. / Degree: University/Colleague degree or higher, majoring in Engineering or related.
      • Có kinh nghiệm với vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực HVAC/ lạnh công nghiệp/ trao đổi nhiệt./ Experience in a similar position, preferably in HVAC/ refrigeration/ heat exchanger. 
      • Kĩ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm tốt./ Good communication and teamwork skills.
      • Kỹ năng đàm phán tốt/ Strong negotiation skills. 
      • Khả năng làm việc độc lập/ chủ động/ Ability to work independently and good self management. 
      • Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh/ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
