Sales Executive (Account Manager)

Tasks & Responsibilities will be adjusted based on skills and experience.

General Responsibilities:

• Set your KPI and action plan in alignment with the company’s goals, strategy, and tactics.
• Regularly review and adjust your plans, seeking internal approvals as needed.
• Regularly report your progress and consult with the Sales Manager.
• Enhance work efficiency and productivity through process improvements and #KAIZEN practices.

Sales Account Manager:

• Maintain strong sales communication to build long-term client relationships.
• Take responsibility for the sales performance, contract terms, and profit/loss of assigned projects.
• Manage monthly sales figures for assigned projects.
• Analyze project profitability and implement action plans to maintain and improve performance.
• Lead the preparation of proposal documents in collaboration with the development team.
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms.
• Adjust contract conditions with clients as necessary.
• Consistently develop action plans for the projects under your management.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin to generate the contract, payment request, and invoice.

• Over one year of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing, with a background in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
• Demonstrates strong responsibility, a willingness to learn, and logical thinking with excellent explanation skills.
• Proactively stays updated with industry trends and new technologies.
• Language proficiency required: #Japanese (JLPT N1~2) and English (TOEIC 600+).
