Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in agri-commodity trading to develop and manage sales of spices (pepper and cinnamon/cassia preferred), cashew kernels, coffee, and related products across domestic and export markets. Candidates with procurement experience in pepper will also be considered favorably.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a portfolio of buyers for Pepper, cashew kernels, cinnamon/cassia, coffee, and other spices across export and domestic markets.

- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in line with company pricing and margin targets.

- Track market prices, crop reports, and demand trends to advise management on selling/buying opportunities.

- Support procurement of pepper and other spices, including supplier identification, price negotiation.

- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth contract execution (FOB/CIF/CFR terms).

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure timely payment follow-up.

- Prepare periodic sales reports, market updates, and forecasts for management.

Job Requirement

- 3–5 years of sales (and/or procurement) experience in agri commodities – pepper, cashew, cinnamon/cassia, coffee, or similar spices strongly preferred.

- Existing network of buyers/suppliers in the spice or cashew trade is a strong advantage.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

- Proficiency in English is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel to sourcing regions and trade events as required.
