Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers to expand business opportunities in the footwear industry.
  • Coordinate with the Global Sales team to implement and follow up on specifications, projects, and new business opportunities.
  • Manage sample development, prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and oversee orders from inquiry through delivery.
  • Work closely with Development, QA, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Provide timely support in resolving technical, quality, and service-related issues to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyze market demand, and submit periodic reports to management.

Job Requirement

  • College or Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management, preferably in the footwear or footwear components industry.
  • Experience in sample development, order management, and direct customer engagement is preferred.
  • Experience with footwear components, footwear accessories, reflective materials, or protective footwear is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken Chinese is mandatory; basic English communication skills are required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, able to work independently, and capable of managing priorities effectively
