Sales Executive for Paint Industry

• Conduct market research to identify sales potential and assess customer needs
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through phone calls and relationship-building with potential clients
• Travel for business/travel and set up meetings with potential clients to present products
• Keep up to date with new products and market trends
• Report on work progress to management
• Negotiate/close deals with customers
• Other responsibilities as required by leadership

• Experience in sales or related roles (2 years or more)
• Proficient in English (spoken)
• Effective in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working in paint industry is an advantage
• Good negotiation skills
• Quick learner and passionate about sales
• Ability to self-motivate and work towards goals
• Strong presentation skills
