About Us

Greenmore Vietnam have an office and showroom of 2000m2 in Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City. Our mainly products are outdoor furniture (70%) & indoor furniture (30%). We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Foreign Trade Sales Executive to join our Vietnam team. This role focuses on developing international clients, handling sales inquiries, and achieving sales targets for our furniture/lifestyle products. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of export procedures and a passion for building a career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Global Client Development: Proactively seek, build, and expand new international client networks through diverse channels: B2B platforms (Alibaba, Global Sources), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and major International Trade Fairs.

- Sales Management: Efficiently handle, quote, negotiate, and follow up on inquiries from global customers in a professional and timely manner, including sample request procedures.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize orders regarding pricing, payment terms (T/T, L/C), and delivery logistics to secure sales targets.

- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Planning, Sourcing, QC, Logistics) to ensure smooth, accurate order processing and on-time delivery.

- CRM & Reporting: Maintain and update the customer database using the CRM system to track sales progress and log customer interactions.

- Export Documentation: Prepare essential sales documents such as Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Contracts, and related shipping paperwork.

- After-Sales Excellence: Provide outstanding after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-lasting, trustworthy relationships.

Job Requirement

Requirements

- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in international sales, export coordination, or a related role.

- College degree or higher in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Business English, or a related field.

- Significant Advantage: Experience in the furniture, home décor, or outdoor lifestyle products industry.

- Solid Understanding: Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and documentation (INCOTERMS 2020, L/C process).

- Required: Excellent and professional English communication skills (Verbal and Written) to interact directly with international clients.

Working Skills:

- Basic skills in customer development and negotiation. Hands-on experience with B2B platforms is preferred.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.

- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, quick learner, with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and team-playing skills.

- Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Vietnam (e.g., Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, etc.).
