Sales Executive (Tissue Paper & Golf Balls)

Sales Executive (Tissue Paper & Golf Balls) will be responsible for:

Channel & Customer Development

•          Build and develop sales channels for tissue paper and golf balls across:

◦          GT (General Trade): shops, sports stores, pharmacies, etc.

◦          MT (Modern Trade): supermarkets, convenience stores.

◦          E-commerce: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop.

•          Develop distributors nationwide.

•          Open new Golf Shops.

•          Develop Golf Academies and Driving Ranges.

•          Approach corporate clients.

•          Develop relationships with Golf Clubs and Golf Associations.

•          Approach and maintain relationships with distributors and partners.

Sales & Business

•          Introduce and sell golf ball and tissue paper products.

•          Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts.

•          Track orders and sales performance.

•          Take care of existing customers.

Marketing & Trade Marketing

•          Organize Demo Days.

•          Coordinate POSM implementation.

•          Support Facebook, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels.

•          Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and promotions.

Customer Care

•          Track deliveries.

•          Follow up on debt collection.

•          Handle complaints.

•          Maintain customer relationships.

•          Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.

Reporting

•          Prepare weekly sales reports.

•          Prepare monthly forecast reports.

•          Report on market situation and competitor activities.

•          Attend team meetings as required.

2. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

•          College/University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

•          At least 1-2 years of experience in sales (FMCG, sports industry, or distribution preferred).

•          Good communication and negotiation skills.

•          English proficiency (basic to intermediate, enough for email/reading specs).

•          Ability to work independently, take initiative, handle multiple tasks, and travel for market development.

•          Familiarity with online sales tools is a plus.

3. Compensation and Benefits

Salary: 12,000,000 VND/month + Bonus/Incentive
