Sales Strategy:
- Proactively seek and identify potential clients from target markets, conducting market research and trend analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
- Create and implement effective strategies for reaching out to potential clients, utilizing diverse and innovative sales techniques to engage new leads.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Create weekly sales plans, including upselling and cross-selling strategies to existing clients, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Client Relationship Management & Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, work closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that add value.
- Offer tailored product and service recommendations based on client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide professional consultations on products and services, helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience and a timely response to client needs.
Sales Reporting & Market Insights:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to develop more effective sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
- Provide weekly updates on sales activities and results, reporting progress to the Sales Team Leader/Upper Manager and proposing strategies for improvement.
- Suggest new business development strategies and plans to help maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.
Support Product & Service Development:
- Based on customer feedback, contribute ideas and suggestions for improving products or services to better meet market demands.
- Take part in special business development projects or sales campaigns as needed, helping to improve overall business performance.
