Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers.

Consult customers on product options, pricing, MOQ, and production timelines.
Prepare quotations, follow up on negotiations, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with production, planning, and QA teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.
Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and business development activities when required.
1- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, textile, garment, or headwear industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer service.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
English communication skills are required (written & spoken).
