- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell company products and services within assigned markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands; report updates to the Sales Manager.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, quotations, and provide basic technical support when required.
- Arrange product presentations, product trials, or technical tests for customers when necessary.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up activities to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including customer feedback, competitor activities, collections, and improvement proposals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for logistics planning and order follow-up.
- Monitor customer payments and credit limits to ensure timely collection.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and other activities assigned by Management.
- Comply with company policies, ISO requirements, safety regulations, PPE usage, and 5S practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related positions.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for customer visits or business activities when required.
