Job Description

Provide first-line support for queries from Sales and other teams
Handle data preparation, validation, and tracking to ensure accuracy
Support sales target breakdown (DM and Rep levels)
Support incentive validation with DM & RSM
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure data alignment
Analyze sales & non sales data and provide insights for improvement
Monitor field force activities and suggest actions to improve effectiveness
Track sales and non-sales KPIs, and prepare regular reports and dashboards
Support implementation of new tools or systems (if any)
Monitor field force activities across channels (B2B, IDPs, Hospital, Pharmacy Chain)

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Analytics, or related field)
1–3 years’ experience in SFE, sales operations, or data analysis, or similar role (FMCG/Pharma is a plus)
Strong Excel skills, system thinking
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills. Good command of English (both written and spoken)
