Job Description

• Actively identify and acquire new clients (Shippers, Cnees, Forwarders) for the USA, Canada, and China trade lanes.
• Keep strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure steady business growth.
• Provide tailor-made logistics solutions based on individual customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and freight rate to provide route suggestions and maintain competitive pricing.

• Having your own customer base or partners in the USA/Canada routes is a big plus.
• Strong skills in negotiating, presenting, and closing deals.
• Good at English (both speaking and writing).
• Hard-working, proactive, and able to work on your own to hit targets.
