WeCare is a distributor of industrial and MRO supplies (fasteners, hardware, tools, consumables) serving B2B customers. We are expanding our factory customer channel in the southern region and need to build an experienced factory sales team with strong industry networks.
A management role responsible for leading the entire factory sales team: setting strategy, building the sales system, managing key accounts, and directly managing the 2 Assistant Managers.
- Own revenue, margin, and growth targets for the entire B2B factory sales division in the southern region.
- Directly manage, assign, and coordinate the work of the 2 Assistant Managers and the factory sales team; train, coach, and motivate the team.
- Build and operate the B2B sales system: sales process, pipeline management, CRM, sales forecasting, and periodic reporting to senior management.
- Manage, retain, and grow key accounts; analyze revenue and margin per account and propose solutions for sustainable growth.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (procurement, technical, logistics) to serve customers, match specifications, and resolve issues at a strategic level.
- Set pricing policy, terms, and credit limits within approved frameworks; directly negotiate large contracts or strategic accounts.
- Develop plans for expanding customers, territory, and the team according to each stage of the factory sales business's development.
