Job Description

  • Japanese Account Lead Generation: Lead generation and outbound outreach to Japanese companies. Build a consistent pipeline through active networking within Japanese business communities such as chambers of commerce and industry associations, organizing seminars and participating in events, and leveraging personal networks.

  • Channel & Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage channel partners (resellers/dealers). Design and develop a formal partner program including incentive structures and training curricula. Strengthen existing partner relationships and drive joint go-to-market activities to achieve sales targets.

  • Solution Partner Development: Identify and engage solution partners with complementary offerings aligned to Synergix's portfolio. Develop co-selling and cross-referral frameworks to expand market reach and enhance value delivered to customers.

  • HQ Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the parent company's sales team to identify and advance inbound opportunities from Japan into ASEAN markets. Establish regular reporting and communication cadences to maximize group-wide sales synergy.

Job Requirement

Requirements (Must Have)

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or ERP

  • Proven track record in sales or business development targeting Japanese companies or the Japanese market

  • Business experience in ASEAN and an existing network within Japanese business communities across the region

  • Language Skills:

  • English: Business level (Essential for internal communication and proposal writing)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience building and managing partner programs

  • Sales experience in ERP, enterprise software, or solutions for manufacturing, distribution, or construction industries

  • Japanese language skill (Not mandatory)
