Job Description

We are seeking a talent for Sales Engineer Manager for the leading and pioneer company in water/waste water treatment business in Japanand provide full spectrum of cutting edge technologies in Water/Wastewater Treatment System.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Leading a team of sales engineers to reach sales targets
  • Training and coaching team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Job Requirement

  • Experience working for the water treatment company.
  • Experience in sales and technical proposal work for B2B
  • Experience in planning, proposals and sales
  • Ability to communicate in English
