A the leading exporters of outdoor furniture is looking for a territory sales manager to join their team and manage their sales operations in Europe, duties:
Developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Providing excellent customer service and support
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Reporting on sales performance and market trends
Collaborating with other sales managers and cross-functional teams
Job Requirement
A background working in a high-end furniture design & manufacturing company, prefer candidate with experience in Outdoor furniture.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Outdoor Furniture sector
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
A high level of initiative, self-motivation and accountability
