Position Overview The Sales Manager leads the HORECA and B2B strategy to drive revenue for Nafoods’ product portfolio, ranging from industrial ingredients (Puree, Concentrate) to premium snacks (Dried Fruits, Nuts). This role focuses on partnership development with hotels, restaurant chains, and F&B manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and P&L goals for the HORECA channel.
B2B Development: Proactively hunt and secure strategic partnerships with 4-5 star hotels, F&B chains, and industrial food processors.
Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Purchasing Managers, Head Chefs, F&B Directors).
Technical Consulting: Pitch and consult on industrial fruit ingredients (Puree/Concentrate) as solutions for clients' production needs.
Market Insight: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to propose agile pricing and promotional strategies.
Reporting: Manage sales pipelines and provide regular performance updates to Senior Management.
Experience: 3–5 years in F&B/FMCG Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Network: Proven track record and existing network within the HORECA or B2B Food Ingredients sector.
Skills: Strong negotiation, B2B solution selling, and strategic planning.
Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, and excellent at relationship management.
