Sales Manager (Outdoor Furniture)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new international business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments by yourself in Outdoor Furniture.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities and product launches with sales objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and products.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Train new sales staff and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role of Outdoor furniture / home living / Outdoor lifestyle products.
• Have ability to search for new International Furniture Customers
• Can communicate by English / Chinese language.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
