Job Description

Humanica Vietnam is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive our Payroll Outsourcing business in Vietnam. In this role, you will strategically leverage the Cadena brand - our established sister company - using its dominant market position and trusted reputation in HR and Payroll technology to build instant credibility and position Humanica as the premier vendor of choice for Payroll Outsourcing.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Leverage your network and existing customer base to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR and Finance professionals, and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our Payroll Outsourcing offering to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs.
  • Conduct presentations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve growth and sales targets.
  • Upon successfully meeting revenue milestones, you will have the opportunity to structure and lead your own sales team to accelerate our next phase of market expansion.

Job Requirement

Your Profile

You have at least 5 years of sales experience in payroll outsourcing services, and have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, marketing, or any related field.

  • Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share.
  • Extensive sales experience with payroll outsourcing services.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
  • English proficiency
