Sales Manager (RCN Business)

Job purpose: We are seeking an experienced Raw Cashew Sales Manager to develop and manage our RCN business in Vietnam.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop RCN sales in Vietnam market.
• Build and manage relationships with processors & traders.
• Negotiate prices, quality, quantities, payment terms, and shipments.
• Monitor RCN market prices, supply, demand, and crop developments.
• Generate new business and maintain key accounts.
• Provide accurate market intelligence and trading updates to management.
• Travel within Vietnam for customer meetings.

• 5+ years of proven experience in RCN / raw cashew trading or sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Vietnam cashew market and supply chain.
• Established industry network is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and relationship-management skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Independent, proactive, professional, and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel when required.

Working Conditions:

• Employment Type: This is a permanent, full-time position dedicated to managing RCN Business operations in Vietnam.
• Location: The role is preferably based in or near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Mobility & Travel: Candidates must be willing and able to travel locally as needed. This includes joining tours and travel activities to communicate with customer.
• Communication Environment: The work environment involves high-frequency interaction, requiring confidence in making phone calls to buyers and assisting with face-to-face communication with local stakeholders

Physical requirements:

• Stamina for Fieldwork: Physical readiness to assist with communication and coordination in various local environments during business tours.
• Communication Endurance: Capability to handle a high volume of phone calls and maintain professional interaction with clients throughout the workday.
• General Fitness: Sufficient health and energy levels to manage a permanent, full-time schedule that combines administrative tasks with active field support.
