Sales Manager (RCN Business)

We are looking for a Sale Manager / Translator to support RCN Business operations in Vietnam. This role serves as a bridge between the company and local partners by providing English–Vietnamese translation, sales support, and administrative coordination.

The successful candidate will assist in generating sales leads, providing market insights, coordinating business activities, and accompanying business trips to provide on-site translation and communication support. This position is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Vietnamese ↔ English translation and interpretation.
• Support communication with local clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Join business trips, tours, and client visits to provide on-site translation and coordination.
• Contact potential buyers and assist in generating sales leads.
• Research and provide market updates and local business information.
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or College diploma is preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• At least 5 years of experience in the raw cashew nuts industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in making phone calls and interacting with clients.
• Well-organized, responsible, and professional.
• Willing to travel for business when required.

Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Business Travel: Approximately once every one to two weeks, depending on business requirements.
• Each business trip typically lasts 1–3 days, with most trips lasting 1–2 days. Overnight stays may be required.
• Transportation and hotel accommodation during business trips will be fully covered by the company.
• Dynamic work environment with frequent interaction with local clients and business partners.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: VND 20,000,000 - 25,000,000/month (depending on qualifications and experience).
