Job Description

Develop and manage relationships with key customers (domestic and international).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
Handle customer inquiries, quotes and sample coordination.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish KPIs and sales performance indicators to track growth.
Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for fabric sales.
Contribute ideas to system improvements to streamline the ordering process.

Job Requirement

Male/female; under 45 years old
University graduate in related majors
3-5 years of experience related to fabric business, with knowledge of fabric
Good English and Chinese
