🔹Job Objective
Drive project sales growth in the electrical panel sector (LV/MV panels, busway, etc.), while leading strategic initiatives to expand Sunlight brand presence in Northern Vietnam, and contributing to business direction at management level.
🔹Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities (Owner / Consultant / Contractor)
• Manage the full sales cycle: quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and project follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Develop and execute market expansion plans for Sunlight brand in Northern Vietnam
• Propose and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and project penetration
• Act as a strategic advisor to the General Director on market trends, business opportunities, and sales strategies
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making at management level
• Track project pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and deliver performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of project sales experience in the electrical industry
• Proven experience in direct project sales (electrical panels, LV/MV, busway preferred)
• Strong market development mindset with experience in brand/business expansion
• Established network with Developers, Main Contractors, Consultants, or MEP contractors
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and perform under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong English communication (both written & spoken)
• Willing to travel for business
