Sales Manager

1. JOB OVERVIEW

Royalline Logistics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer network in Ho Chi Minh City. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of logistics services, and excellent customer development skills.

2. KEY RESONSIBILITIES

* Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.

* Build and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

* Develop new customers (import/export companies, factories, trading companies, e-commerce, etc.).

* Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

* Provide quotations, negotiate rates, and close contracts for Sea/Air freight services.

* Coordinate with Operation/Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to adjust sales approach.

* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and sales forecasting for Management.

* Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to improve performance.

* Handle customer escalations professionally and propose solutions to maintain long-term cooperation.

3. REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (Sea/Air).

* At least 1 year experience as Team Leader/Sales Supervisor/Manager is preferred.

* Strong understanding of logistics services: Sea freight, Air freight, trucking, customs clearance, cross-border.

* Proven ability to develop new business and maintain key accounts.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Good leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Good English skills (email writing & communication).

* Strong network of shippers/customers is an advantage.
