This position plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients; acts as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction; develops strategic account plans, identifies growth opportunities, and negotiates contracts.
Objectives:
- Drive the aligned sales turnover through the assigned customers.
- Build and develop good relationships with assigned accounts. Capture and solve occurred issue(s) relating to the respective accounts.
- Build up strategy planning and execute plans.
- Study and capture information on customers (at present and in future), competitors and information on industrial fields relating to the flexible packaging industry.
- To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing the highest quality products and complying with legal requirements”
